By booking our cooking services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Home Maid Agency provides professional cooking services in New Delhi, India.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Payment details and pricing will be discussed after booking confirmation.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Refunds will be processed as per our refund policy.

3. Service Details

• Our services include: Daily Cooking, Meal Planning, Special Occasions, and Regional Cuisines.
• Services are available Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
• All our cooks are verified and experienced professionals.
• We maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the service date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service date will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds for cancellations made on the day of service.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact information and address details.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment for our cooks.
• Provide necessary cooking ingredients and equipment as required.
• Treat our staff with respect and professionalism.

6. Liability and Insurance

• Home Maid Agency is insured for general liability.
• We are not responsible for any damage to personal property unless caused by our negligence.
• Customers are advised to have their own home insurance.

7. Privacy Policy

• We collect and store your personal information for service delivery purposes only.
• Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
